GINGER AND CHILLI WAKE-UP JUICE

Preparation Method :

  • Put all the ingredients through a juice extractor.
  • Pour into a glass and serve immediately.

  • 2 grapefruit, peeled
  • ½ red chilli, deseeded
  • 2 oranges, peeled
  • 1 lemon, peeled
