Preparation Method :

  • Place tea bags in a large heatproof mug or pitcher. Add boiling water. Steep tea for 5 minutes. Remove and discard tea bags. Refrigerate until cold.
  • Combine tea, sugar, lemon juice and pomegranate juice in a tall pitcher. Stir well. (This can be done in advance and kept chilled for several hours.) Just before serving pour in the club soda and stir once or twice to mix.
  • Pour into 4-sugar-dipped, ice-filled glasses. Garnish with a lemon wedge.


  • 3 bags hibiscus, lemon tea
  • 300 ml boiling water
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 300 ml pomegranate juice
  • 200 ml club soda, well chilled
  • Ice
  • 4 lemon wedges
