Preparation Method :

  • Blend all the ingredients for a minute or until smooth.
  • Pour into a glass, swirl in an extra teaspoonful of yogurt and place berries in the glass to garnish and serve immediately.


  • 1 banana, peeled and quartered
  • 75 grams mixed berries
  • 250 ml plain low-fat yogurt  
  • 1 tablespoon spirulina powder
  • 50 ml orange juice
  • To Garnish
  • Few berries
  • 1 teaspoon plain low-fat yogurt
