Preparation Method :

  • Add the trimmed zucchini into a food processor with celery, add the spinach and the alfalfa, then the apples.
  • Process all the ingredients, then pour into glasses.
  • Decorate with a few alfalfa sprouts and serve.

INGREDIENTS

  • 50 grams baby leaf spinach
  • 50 grams alfalfa sprouts
  • 1 small zucchini, trimmed
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 2 apples
  • 1 teaspoon alfalfa sprouts, to decorate
