Preparation Method :

  • Combine soy milk, soy yogurt, walnuts, cinnamon, honey and ice cubes in blender container.
  • Blend on high until mixture is frothy and ice cubes are finely ground, about 30 seconds to 1 minute. Pour into 4 glasses.


  • 200 ml plain soy milk
  • 300 ml vanilla soy yogurt
  • 50 grams raw walnut halves
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 ½ tablespoon honey
  • 4 ice cubes
