HOT BLACK CURRANT TODDY

Preparation Method :

  • Put the apple and the black currants into a food processor and process.
  • Add the honey to the boiling water and stir to dissolve, then stir in the juice.
  • Pour into a glass and serve immediately.

  • 1 teaspoon whipped honey
  • 250 grams black currants
