Preparation Method :

  • Place all ingredients except mint leaves in blender container.
  • Cover; blend until smooth. (Add milk if thinner consistency is desired.)
  • Garnish, if desired.


  • 100 ml low-fat plain yogurt
  • 1 ripe mango, peeled, seeded and diced
  • 50 ml orange-pineapple juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 2 ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish
