Preparation Method :

  • Combine baby carrots, sugar, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, salt, frozen yogurt, milk and ice cubes in blender container.
  • Blend on HIGH until mixture is frothy and ice cubes are finely ground, about 30 seconds to 1 minute. Pour into 4 glasses. Garnish each with 1 carrot stick for stirring. Serve immediately.


  • 4 jars strained baby carrots
  • 50 grams sugar
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
  • Dash ground nutmeg
  • Dash salt
  • 200 ml vanilla low-fat frozen yogurt 
  • 100 ml reduced-fat (2%) milk
  • 2 ice cubes
  • 4 long carrot sticks, optional
