RHUBARB AND GINGER PUDDING SMOOTHIE

Preparation Method :

  • Blend all the ingredients except the ginger biscuits for a minute.
  • Pour into a glass and top with the crumbled biscuits. Serve immediately.

INGREDIENTS

  • 150 grams stewed rhubarb
  • 250 grams ginger ice cream
  • 50 grams double cream
  • 2 ginger biscuits, crumbled
