Preparation Method :

  • Blend all the ingredients for a minute or until smooth. Pour into a glass.
  • Roughly crumble the sponge finger into the diluted coffee and Baileys liqueur. Stir the mixture into the glass.
  • Dust the top of the mixture with the cocoa powder. Serve immediately.


  • 250 grams vanilla ice cream
  • 100 grams mascarpone
  • 2 tablespoons Baileys liqueur
  • 1 tablespoon double cream
  • 1 sponge finger
  • 1 teaspoon instant coffee
  • 1 tablespoon boiling water
  • Cocoa powder for dusting
