Preparation Method :

  • Heat a non- stick pan. Pour milk and add Custard Powder in it and stir till thick.
  • Add sugar to the custard and stir.
  • Then add grated chocolate and cream and whisk the custard.
  • Crumble the cake then spread half of the crumbled cake into a bowl then add half of the custard on to it.
  • Then pour few chocolate chips on to it.
  • Then again add half of the crumbles cake again, then add custard and sprinkle chocolate chips.
  • Keep it in fridge and serve chilled.


  • 1/8 inch Chocolate sponge cake
  • 4 tablespoons Vanilla custard powder 
  • 300 ml Milk
  • 4 tablespoons Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Grated chocolate
  • 100 grams Fresh cream
  • 100 grams Chocolate chips
