Preparation Method :

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  • Combine the eggs and sugar in a bowl and mix with an electric mixer on high until firm.
  • Reduce the mixing speed to low and slowly pour in the oil. Mix until well blended.
  • Continue mixing on low and slowly pour in the melted butter. Mix until well blended.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and nuts. Mix well.
  • Fold the nut-flour mixture into the egg mixture using a rubber spatula.
  • Carefully fold in the coffee and sour cream.
  • Transfer to the grease cake pan and bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean.
  • Serve.


  • 2 eggs
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 150 ml Cooking oil
  • 50 grams butter, melted
  • 400 grams cake flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 200 grams almonds, ground
  • 150 grams toasted almonds, coarsely chopped
  • 100 ml brewed coffee
  • 300 ml sour cream
