Preparation Method :

  • Sieve the refined flour with the baking powder. Beat the margarine and sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Add the condensed milk gradually and continue beating.
  • Fold in the refined flour, alternately with Mirinda to get a smooth batter. Do not over mix.
  • Make sure that the cake should not rise too much and break in the middle.
  • Bake at 180°C for about 20 - 30 minutes or till done.


  • 150 ml condensed milk
  • 250 grams refined flour
  • 100 grams powdered sugar
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 100 grams margarine
  • 150 ml Mirinda or Fanta
