PLAIN SPONGE CAKE WITHOUT EGGS

Preparation Time :
10 minutes

Cooking Time :
45 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Sieve all purpose flour, baking powder and cooking soda.
  • Now add sugar,condensed milk,essences and refined oil to the flour.
  • Mix the whole mixture with water and whisk it in one direction only, till it gets fluffy.
  • Meanwhile, pre-heat the oven for 10 minutes.
  • Brush the cake tin with refined oil and sprinkle all purpose flour.
  • Pour the cake mixture into the tin.
  • Place the tin in the oven and bake for 45min or till it done.
  • Remove tin from oven and let it cool.

INGREDIENTS

  • 200 grams all purpose flour
  • 100 grams Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Cooking soda
  • 200 ml Condensed milk
  • ¼ teaspoon Pineapple essence
  • ¼ teaspoon Vanilla essence
  • 8 teaspoon Cooking oil
  • 400 ml Cold water
