Preparation Method :

  • Beat cheese, butter, sifted flour and sauce in small bowl until combined. Roll rounded teaspoons of mixture into balls; toss in coconut.
  • Place balls on greased oven trays; flatten with a fork. Bake in moderate oven about 12 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on trays.


  • 150 grams grated tasty cheddar cheese
  • 150 grams butter
  • 150 grams plain flour
  • 1 tablespoon bottled peanut satay sauce
  • 50 grams coconut
