MIXED CHEESE WITH HERBS

Preparation Method :

  • Mash the soft cheese until smooth, then beat in the two grated hard cheeses.
  • Add a pinch of mustard and season with salt and black pepper.
  • Stir in a pinch of cayenne pepper, and then chill for 2 hours until firm.
  • Form the cheese into balls and roll each one in the chopped herb.
  • Lay them on a small hot plate.
  • Serve with warm water biscuits.

INGREDIENTS

  • 250 grams curd cheese
  • 50 grams Gruyere cheese, grated
  • 50 grams Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Pinch of mustard powder
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 8 tablespoons chopped burnet or chervil
