CORIANDER PULLET

If you’re craving for a chicken dish, try this Coriander Pullet. This is made special because of the addition of several ingredients like almond, khoya, haldi, green chillies, raisins, curd, coconut mild and most especially of the great bunch of coriander leaves.

Preparation Time :
40 minutes

Cooking Time :
50 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Cut the chicken into large pieces, apply salt and set aside.
  • Grind ginger, garlic, green chilies and coriander leaves to a smooth paste and marinate the pieces in it.
  • Heat oil in a pan, fry the pieces in it and drain them.
  • Fry almonds and raisins in the same pan.
  • Blend the khoya, curds and coconut milk in the pan.
  • Mix the whole contents and cook till the meat is tender and oil separates on top.
  • Serve with boiled rice.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1½ kilograms tender chicken
  • 250 ml curd 
  • 250 ml coconut milk 
  • 1"piece ginger 
  • 2 tablespoon raisins
  • 1 teaspoon haldi 
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 bunch coriander leaves
  • 200 grams khoya
  • 8 green chilies
  • 8 flakes of garlic
  • 2 tablespoon almond
  • Oil for frying
