DUMPLINGS

You may be very common with dumplings as this is being cooked by almost all people. Dumplings can be different once you’ve mixed it with bacon, flour, parsley, bread, milk, ginger and chicken meat! Actually, there’s still more of it. It may step its taste once you’ve added it with complete ingredients!

Preparation Time :
40 minutes

Cooking Time :
50 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Make dough of the flour, butter, a little salt and water.
  • Knead well and keep aside.
  • Meanwhile, stew the meat with the rest of the ingredients.
  • Make small balls of the dough and add to the stew.
  • When everything is cooked, cut the bread slices into small squares and fry in oil.
  • Drop them into the stew and finally add milk and bring to boil.
  • Serve at once.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 kilograms fresh chicken meat
  • 3 pieces of bacon
  • Few slices of bread 
  • 2 tablespoon parsley 
  • 2 finely chopped onion
  • 250 grams flour
  • 200 ml milk
  • Green chilies and ginger
  • 2 tablespoon butter or oil 
  • Salt to taste
