Preparation Method :

  • Sprinkle salt, pepper and lemon juice and keep it aside for about 20 minutes.
  • Cook with 1 ½ cups water until the chicken is tender.simmer for 2 minutes and drain.
  • Add pepper, salt, chilli and mustard powder to the maida.
  • Beat egg white. Add coriander, a pinch of salt and pepper.
  • Dip the chicken pieces into the maida well to coat.
  • Dip in beaten egg white and then roll in bread crumbs.
  • Heat oil in pan and deep fry the chicken on medium heat till golden brown. Drain on paper.
  • Serve hot.


  • 750 grams chicken - cut into 9 pieces, washed 
  • 2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon freshly chopped coriander
  • 75 grams dried bread crumbs
  • 50 grams maida
  • ½ teaspoon mustard powder
  • ½ teaspoon chilli powder 
  • 1 egg white
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
