Preparation Method :

  • Marinate the chicken pieces with soya sauce, curd, vinegar, salt, pepper, lemon juice and ajinomoto for 3-4 hours.
  • To microwave the chicken, Cook, uncovered on Full for 2 minutes till slightly tender
  • (or) Heat oil in a kadhai.
  • Roll each piece in dry rice flour to coat well and deep fry in hot oil.
  • Serve hot garnished with potato chips.


  • 750 grams chicken - cut into 9 pieces 
  • 25 ml soya sauce 
  • ¾ teaspoon white vinegar
  • 50 ml curd
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon aji no moto 
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 120 grams rice flour - for coating
  • IDHAYAM MANTRA Peanut Oil for frying
