SPICY FRIED CHICKEN

Preparation Method :
- Marinate the chicken with the spice mix. Cover; refrigerate for several hours.
- Heat ghee and oil in large frying pan; add chicken. Cook until chicken is browned all over.
- Stir in nuts, then add the water. Cover; cook on low flame for about 10-12 minutes or until chicken is tender.
INGREDIENTS
- 9 chicken thigh cutlets
- 75 grams unsalted roasted cashew nuts
- 2 tablespoon ghee
- 1 tablespoon IDHAYAM Mantra peanut oil
- Salt, to taste
- 50 ml water
Spice Mix
- 2 teaspoons ground cardamom
- ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 small fresh red chilli, chopped finely
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
- Salt, to taste
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
