The sweet and sour taste makes this meal unforgettable. The contrasting taste makes the dish more special. To enhance the taste of this dish, some pineapples diced in small pieces are added. You can serve this hot to make your guest enjoy the meal.

Preparation Method :

  • Make a batter of flour, egg white, sugar & salt in water.
  • Dip each chicken piece in the batter and deep fry until the pieces are golden brown.
  • Make a sauce of the rest of the ingredients.
  • Add the fried chicken and diced pineapple.
  • Serve Hot.


  • 500 grams diced chicken 
  • 250 grams diced pineapple, meat - salted

For the batter 

  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • 2 egg white
  • A pinch of sugar 
  • Salt to taste

For the sauce

  • 2 tablespoon corn flour 
  • 250 ml water
  • 2 tablespoon vinegar 
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 4 tablespoon tomato
  • 2 tablespoon soya sauce ketchup
  • 3 drops red cochineal
