CHICKEN LIVERS IN SHERRY CREAM SAUCE

The chicken livers in sherry cream sauce can extremely change your appetite. It is mainly combined with perfect ingredients that suites every meal. The dish is made up of plain flour, chicken stock butter, sherry, and other seasonings that light up its yummy taste.

10 minutes

Cooking Time :
20 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Coat the livers in well-seasoned flour.
  • Melt the butter in a medium frying pan and fry the livers with any remaining flour for about 4 minutes, stirring once or twice.
  • Gradually stir in the sherry and stock and simmer for 1-2 minutes.
  • Add the grapes and soured cream. Heat through gently and serve hot with brown rice.

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 grams chicken livers, thawed if frozen 
  • 50 grams plain flour
  • Salt and pepper
  • 50 grams butter
  • 100 ml sherry
  • 100 ml chicken stock
  • 100 grams black or green seedless grapes, halved
  • 200 ml fresh soured cream
