LIVER-N-GRAPES

Liver-N-Grapes, is a dish that is well-prepared for your own satisfaction! Liver comes as its main ingredient with seedless grapes. You also have to add for dry sherry and salt to make it more palatable! It may guarantee you of a special and luscious lunch or dinner!

20 minutes

Cooking Time :
30 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Fry the liver in hot butter with little salt.
  • Add the grapes and simmer for about 5-10 minutes.
  • Transfer into a hot serving dish and pour the sherry over it.
  • Serve with steaming hot rice.

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 grams chicken liver 
  • 3 tablespoon butter
  • 300 grams seedless grape
  • 1½ wine glass dry sherry 
  • Salt to taste
