Chicken noodles look yummy and delicious once it’s served. Definitely, enjoy your time to cook this as it’s worth the wait. It would cost you for more than 45 minutes to prepare for it. Thus, make it special to your family as well!
Serves :

Preparation Time :

45 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Slice the vegetables into 2" long pieces.
  • Remove the flesh from the chicken and keep in a pan.
  • Fry each vegetable in as little oil as possible adding a pinch of salt, and mix into the chicken meat.
  • Boil about 6 cups of water in a pan.
  • Add the noodles, broken into 2" length and cook for 3 minutes and drain into a colander.
  • Run tap water through it and finally add a few spoons of oil to prevent sticking.
  • Mix every thing together with a fork - add soya sauce and aji-no-moto.
  • Serve piping hot.


  • 1½ kilograms small chicken - boiled
  • 6 carrots 
  • 250 grams beans
  • 2 bunch spring onions
  • 2 bunch celery
  • 500 grams noodles
  • 6 tablespoon soya sauce
  • 250 ml salad oil 
  • 1 tablespoon aji-no-moto
  • Salt to taste
