Preparation Method :

  • Cook the pasta in a pan of boiling salted water according to the packet instructions.
  • Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the mushrooms for 5 minutes, then add the garlic and chicken, season with salt and freshly ground black pepper and cook until heated through.
  • Drain the pasta, return to the pan and stir in the pesto. Add the tarragon to the chicken mixture and add to the pasta. Toss to mix and serve.


  • 750 grams pack tagliatelle
  • 3 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 500 grams pack mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 750 grams cooked chicken, cut into even-sized pieces
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 5 tablespoons green pesto
  • 4 tablespoons finely chopped fresh tarragon
