Preparation Method :

  • Marinate the chicken with ginger-garlic paste, red chilli paste, soya sauce, vinegar, pepper, salt, sugar and aji no moto at least for about 20 - 30 minutes.
  • Heat 3 tablespoon oil in a pan when hot add the marinated chicken. Stir fry on high flame till the chicken is dry.
  • Add ½ cup water and close and cook for about 15 - 20 minutes. Remove from flame.
  • Dry the chicken pieces on high flame, till the sauces coat the chicken well.
  • Add green chillies, spring onions and capsicum. Stir well. Remove from heat and
