Get the real chicken recipe with pilaf dish. It is mainly loaded with tender chicken, butter, curry powder, carrot and other special seasonings. Everyone can prepare this dish provided that they are following its exact cooking procedures and accurate selection of tasty ingredients.

Preparation Method :

  • Heat the ghee in a deep pan and fry the chicken pieces until they are light brown.
  • Now fry the onions till golden brown.
  • Cut the carrots and add them.
  • Add rice and the remaining spices.
  • Pour 4 cups of boiling water and salt and cook on slow fire with the lid on.
  • When the water dries keep in the oven for 10 minutes on very slow fire.


  • 1½ kilograms tender chicken -cleaned and jointed
  • 500 grams of rice
  • 200 ml ghee or butter
  • 4 onions 
  • 2 tablespoon curry powder
  • 2 carrot
  • A piece of nutmeg
  • Salt to taste
