DOPIAZA

This dish will surely be very attractive if it is garnished with chopped coriander leaves. Have this in your table and your dinner will surely be very appetizing. This is the magic that this special dish can do.

Cooking Time :
30 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Clean and joint the chicken.
  • Grind all the ingredients except onions, tomatoes and coriander leaves.
  • Heat ghee in a thick pan and add chopped onions and fry - add the masala and fry again till oil separates. Now put in the meat and fry for a little more time.
  • Add sliced tomatoes, salt and a cup of water.
  • Cook on a slow fire till tender.
  • Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1½ kilogram chicken
  • 200 ml ghee or oil
  • 4 large onions chopped
  • 4 tomatoes 
  • Coriander leaves for garnishing
  • 2 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon jeera
  • 6 green chilies
  • 1 teaspoon haldi
  • 2 "piece ginger
  • 6 flakes garlic 
  • Salt to taste
