MURG MALAI KABAB

Preparation Method :

  • Marinate the chicken with some of the ginger garlic paste, lemon juice and salt and keep aside for few minutes.
  • Now in a bowl add the hung curd and grated cheese and mix it well and now add the fresh cream.
  • Now to this creamy mixture add the remaining ginger garlic paste, salt, black pepper, green chillies, garam masala, corn flour and mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
  • Now pour this mixture on to the marinated chicken and add coriander leaves as this gives it a nice look and mix it well.
  • Coat all the chicken pieces nicely with this mixture and keep it aside for ½ hour.
  • Grease an oven proof pan/ tava with the butter and place the chicken pieces on it.
  • And cook in an oven at 240°C for 10-15 minutes turning once or twice, to ensure even cooking
  • Garnish the with onion rings, coriander, slit green chillies.

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 grams boneless chicken cut into 1½ " pieces
  • 100 ml hung curd
  • 4 cubes processed cheese grated
  • 100 ml fresh cream
  • 1 teaspoon of corn flour
  • 2 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon freshly crushed black pepper
  • 1 chopped green chilly
  • Salt to be added as preferred
  • ½ teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoon coriander leaves
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • Onion cut into rings for garnishing
  • 4 slit green chillies for garnishing
