Preparation Method :
- Melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler and turn off the heat.
- Now add egg yolk, vanilla essence, sugar. Blend it well.
- Take a table spoon of the above mixture and place a walnut in the centre. Roll into round shaped balls .
- Keep it in the refrigerator for an hour.
- Roll the balls in the coconut flakes and chocolate swirls chill it for about 10 minutes.
- Place the balls in foil cups and then serve it.
INGREDIENTS
- 400 grams white chocolate
- 100 grams Dark chocolate scraped in to swirls
- 225 grams sugar (powdered)
- 200 grams butter
- 100 grams coconut flakes
- 25 walnuts
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 2 egg yolks
- Foil cups
