Preparation Method :

  • Bring the whipping cream to a boil. Add the chocolate pieces and let them melt. Leave to cool.
  • Toast the finely chopped walnuts in a dry skillet and cool. Beat the chocolate and the whipping cream using a mixer for 3 minutes.
  • Add the honey, eggnog, and walnuts and mix thoroughly.
  • Fill a piping bag with a large nozzle with the mixture and pipe out into the metal chocolate molds.
  • Sprinkle the chocolates with the rest of the finely chopped walnuts and the chocolate shavings. Store in the refrigerator.


  • 175 grams whipping cream 
  • 100 grams plain baking chocolate, in pieces
  • 100 grams milk chocolate, in pieces 
  • 4 tablespoon finely chopped walnuts 
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoon egg nog
  • Chocolate shavings
