Preparation Method :

  • Shake the liquids vigorously over ice until well frosted.
  • Strain the mixture into a tall chilled tumbler.
  • Fill up with ginger beer and dress with the pineapple wedges and preserved ginger.


  • 500 ml white rum
  • 250 ml dark rum
  • 250 ml golden rum
  • 250 ml wine-based ginger syrup (Falernum)
  • 250 ml lime juice
  • Ice
  • Ginger beer
  • Pineapple wedges and preserved ginger, to decorate
