Preparation Method :

  • In a small glass, crush the sugar and mint together with a little of the whisky.
  • When the sugar has dissolved, strain it into a chilled flute with the rest of the whisky and top up with champagne.
  • Decorate with the mint sprigs.


  • 25 ml jack Daniels
  • Chilled champagne
  • 1 sugar lump
  • 3 sprigs fresh mint, plus extra to decorate
