Preparation Method :

  • Toast the almonds in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10 minutes.
  • Cool and chop the almonds coarsely.
  • Crush the Marie biscuits to a fine powder.
  • In a bowl, mix the chopped almonds, Marie biscuits powdered sugar, cocoa powder and honey.      
  • Now add water little by little to bind (it should not be too wet).
  • Make small balls with the mixture.
  • Heat some water in a pan and place an empty bowl in it.
  • Place the bowl of chopped chocolate with cream and milk on top of the first bowl. It will soon melt and turn into a smooth mix.
  • Drop the balls one at a time in the chocolate and coat well.
  • Using 2 forks or a spoon and a fork, as may be convenient remove the coated balls and place them on a sheet of butter paper or foil and leave to set in the fridge for at least an hour.
  • Remove from the sheet, decorate with silver balls and serve them in small paper cups.     


  • 150 grams almonds

  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder

  • Water to bind
  • 200 grams cooking chocolate
  • 25 grams cream
  • 20 ml milk
  • Tiny silver balls for decoration
