Preparation Method :

  • Crush the biscuits to a coarse powder. Add the melted butter till slightly moist.
  • Arrange it at the bottom of a greased 6-inch cake tin or pie dish with a loose base. Refrigerate.
  • Melt gelatine in ΒΌ cup warm water. Cool.
  • Mix the condensed milk with the lemon juice and colour.
  • Whisk in the cream. Add the gelatine to it. Pour into the pie crust. Refrigerate till set.
  • Remove from tin and decorate with lemon slices and whipped cream.


  • 75 ml melted butter
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon gelatine 
  • 250 ml fresh cream
  • 150 ml condensed milk
  • 50 ml water
  • 10 Digestive Biscuits
  • A few drops of yellow colour
