Preparation Method :

  • Mix the prepared china grass in half a cup of milk, crushed marie biscuits and melted butter.
  • Add china grass to this. Take a glass dish and put the biscuit mixture into this, spread it to the side and press with fingers to the side and bottom.
  • Beat the eggs yolk, add 1 cup sugar, grated lime rind of one lime and lime juice. Again beat it well till it changes its colour.
  • Add the remaining milk and cream to it.
  • Beat egg whites stiffly, add little sugar and beat well. Mix the above mixture and pour it into the glass dish and allow it to set.


  • 10 grams china grass, cut into small pieces and soaked for about an hour
  • 200 ml milk
  • 100 grams marie biscuits
  • 50 grams butter, melted
  • 2 eggs yolk
  • 250 grams sugar
  • Grated lime rind of one lime
  • 2 tablespoon lime juice
  • 100 grams cream
  • Beat egg whites stiffly
