MANGO - BISCUIT PUDDING

Preparation Method :

  • Prepare the china grass in milk. Mix the mango juice with half a cup of sugar. Add the melted china grass to the mango juice.
  • Simmer to low flame. Stir constantly and remove from fire when slightly thick.
  • Beat the egg yolk well and mix it with 50 grams of sugar till it changes its colour.
  • Add 50 ml of milk and keep the mixture on fire, stir constantly till it becomes thick.
  • When cool pour it into the mango juice. Beat two egg whites stiffly, add little sugar and beat well again.
  • Add the egg white mixture to the mango mixture.
  • Pour this to a glass dish. Beat half a cup cream with little sugar and spread it over the pudding. Allow it to set. Decorate with cherries.

INGREDIENTS

  • 15 grams packet, china grass, cut into small pieces and soaked for about an hour
  • 50 ml milk
  • 400 grams Mango juice
  • 200 grams sugar
  • 400 ml mango juice
  • 2 eggs separated
  • 50 ml milk
  • 50 grams cream
  • Cherries, to decorate
