Preparation Method :

  • Put the apples with the lemon juice, the meat stock, the cider and the sugar into a saucepan and let them boil until soft. Allow it to cool and puree the apples.
  • Add the fresh cream and the grated horse-radish to the apple sauce, stir well. Spice the apple and horseradish dip with salt and serve.


  • 2 apples, peeled, cut into quarter and cored
  • 1 horseradish, peeled and finely grated
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 150 ml meat stock
  • 50 grams cider
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 200 ml of fresh cream
  • Salt, to taste
