GINGER SOY DIP

Preparation Method :

  • Heat oil in a wok. Add shallots and ginger root and stir fry 30 seconds.
  • Add soy sauce and remove from heat.

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped shallots, white party only
  • 1 teaspoon finely grated fresh ginger root
  • 8 tablespoons soy sauce
