LEBANESE PARSLEY DIP

There are many ways in order to maintain your health and one of these is preparing the Lebanese Parsley Dip. You can prepare this recipe for one hour and can serve for eight or more persons. So, cook this recipe and you will like it.

Preparation Method :

  • Beat the tahini in a bowl until smooth. Add the garlic with the lemon juice, water and salt.
  • It should be the consistency of fairly thick cream, if necessary, thin with a little more water.
  • Stir in the parsley and serve with pitta bread or crudités.

INGREDIENTS

  • 300 ml tahini
  • 5 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
  • 300 ml lemon juice
  • 8 tablespoons water
  • Pinch of salt
  • 100 grams chopped parsley
