Preparation Method :

  • Drop all the ingredients with the soaked chillies, except the olive oil.
  • Blend together adding the olive oil.
  • Use as a flavouring in soups, salads and can be served as a dip with bread.


  • 2 tablespoons Cilantro finely chopped or dry
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley chopped or dry
  • 10 Dry red hot chillies, Roughly chopped and soaked 
  • 100 ml fresh Lemon juice 
  • 5 Garlic cloves chopped
  • 100 ml Olive oil 
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder 
  • Salt to taste
