Preparation Method :

  • Reserve some of the diced pumpkins for garnishing.
  • Stir the cream cheese with the buttermilk into a smooth mixture. Then fold in the diced pumpkin and the grated ginger.
  • Spice the pumpkin ginger dip with the sherry vinegar, salt and pepper and serve it garnish with the chopped chives and the reserved diced pumpkin.


  • 250 grams cream cheese
  • 100 grams pumpkin, from a jar, drained, finely diced
  • 50 ml buttermilk
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives
  • 1 tablespoon sherry vinegar
  • 1 piece of ginger root, peeled and grated
  • Pepper and Salt, to taste
