Preparation Method :
- Take 10 whole dried red chilies and fry them in a tablespoon of oil.
- Grate a big piece of ginger and saute it in the same oil as the chilies (you can add the ginger halfway through sauteing the chilies)
- Grind the chillies, grated ginger and cloves of peeled garlic, add sugar, vinegar, soy sauce and salt and further grind to smooth paste.

- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- ¼ teaspoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
- 1 big piece (about an inch) of ginger
- 10 to 15 cloves of garlic
