SWEET N SOUR SCHEZWAN DIP

Preparation Method :

  • Take 10 whole dried red chilies and fry them in a tablespoon of oil.
  • Grate a big piece of ginger and saute it in the same oil as the chilies (you can add the ginger halfway through sauteing the chilies)
  • Grind the chillies, grated ginger and cloves of peeled garlic, add sugar, vinegar, soy sauce and salt and further grind to smooth paste.

INGREDIENTS

  • 10 whole dried red chillies
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 table spoon white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • ΒΌ teaspoon of salt
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil
  • 1 big piece (about an inch) of ginger
  • 10 to 15 cloves of garlic
