YOGHURT DIP

Makes :
1 cup

Preparation Time :
10 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients and whisk well. Refrigerate to chill.
  • Serve chilled with kebabs.

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 100 ml plain yoghurt
  • 3 tablespoons whole milk
  • Black salt to taste
  • 3 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 3 tablespoons fresh coriander, finely chopped
  • 2 small tomato, finely chopped
  • 2 small onion, finely chopped
  • 4 teaspoons fresh mint, finely chopped
