CHINESE-STYLE EGGS

Are you planning to surprise your family this weekend? Well, it’s good to know that Chinese Style Eggs can be prepared at once. This dish can be served with its simple ingredients such as vinegar, eggs oil, brown sugar and soy sauce.

Preparation Time :
45 minutes

Cooking Time :
15 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Fry each egg individually and, just before it is set, fold it over into a half moon shape, pressing the edges together with the egg slice. Remove from pan and keep warm.
  • When all eggs are cooked, add the soy sauce, vinegar and sugar to the pan and bring to the boil.
  • Place eggs in the mixture and cook covered for 1 minute.
  • Serve immediately with boiled rice.
