Once you have decided to prepare a meal for your parents, you have to choose a delicious food like Egg Curry. This is one of the most popular breakfast recipes that are usually offered by American restaurants. Cook it now!

Preparation Method :

  • Cook the garlic and onion in the oil until soft. Add the spices, black pepper and sesame seeds and cook for 1 minute.
  • Add the salt, yogurt and lemon juice and cook for 5 minutes but do not let it boil.
  • Add the tomato puree and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Halve the eggs and add them to the sauce.
  • Cook until heated through, and then serve with boiled rice or lentils and a green salad.


  • 2 clove garlic, crushed    
  • 2 small onion, finely chopped    
  • 2 tablespoon IDHAYAM Groundnut oil    
  • 2 teaspoon each ground coriander and cumin    
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • Freshly ground black pepper    
  • 4 tablespoons sesame seeds    
  • 1 teaspoon salt    
  • 300 ml plain yogurt    
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice    
  • 8 hard-boiled eggs, shelled    
  • 100 ml tomato puree
