Spicy Egg Curry is the dish that you will always remember if you think of eating an appetizing food. The spicy flavour of this dish will make you crave for more. Coriander, cumin and chilli make this dish taste lavishly good.

Preparation Method :

  • Shell the eggs. Cook the garlic and onion in oil until soft.
  • Add the remaining ingredients, except the yogurt and lemon juice, and cook for 1 minute, stirring.
  • Blend in the yogurt and juice and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Cut the eggs in half lengthwise, add to the sauce, and heat through.
  • Serve with boiled rice.


  • 15 hard-boiled eggs
  • 4 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
  • 2 large onion, peeled and finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoon IDHAYAM sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 4 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 500 ml plain low-fat yogurt
  • 4 tablespoons lemon juice
