Grace your breakfast with this egg recipe. Cook Breakfast Omelette and transform your simple meal into a sumptuous one that you will crave from time to time. The special taste of cottage cheese with some pepper turns this recipe to be very special.

Preparation Method :

  • Break the eggs into a bowl. Add the salt and pepper to taste and whisk until light and frothy.
  • Stir in half of the cottage cheese and mix well.
  • Heat the oil in a small omelette pan and pour in the egg mixture.
  • Cook over moderate heat, drawing the edge of the omelette into the centre with a knife, as it becomes firm.
  • When the omelette is lightly set, spread the remaining cottage cheese over the top and continue to cook gently for 1 minute.
  • Fold the omelette in half and transfer to a hot serving plate.
  • Garnish with Herbs.
  • Serve immediately, with whole wheat toast and a glass of orange juice.
