Preparation Method :

  • Heat the oil in a wok or large pan and fry the garlic, onion, chillies, cumin, tomato, coriander with sweet corn, potato and tomato until they are well blended but still firm to bite.
  • Adjust seasoning to taste with salt and ground black pepper.
  • Pour in the beaten eggs. Cover and cook until the bottom layer is brown.
  • Turn the omelette over and sprinkle with the grated cheese. Place under a hot grill and cook until the egg sets and the cheese start melting.
  • Garnish the omelette with sprigs of coriander and serve with salad.


  • 25 grams cooked peas
  • 25 grams grated cheese 
  • 25 grams cooked sweetcorn
  • 2 tablespoon IDHAYAM sesame oil 
  • 50 grams onion, finely chopped
  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
  • 3 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 2 fresh green chillies, finely chopped
  • Few coriander sprigs, chopped
  • 1 firm tomato, chopped
  • 30 grams potato, cubed and boiled
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • Salt and ground black pepper, to taste
  • Few coriander sprigs, to garnish
